Hey There!

My name is Jeremy and I am the owner of SolFit. I am a passionate physiotherapist and personal trainer. My unique blend of knowledge and experience allows me to merge my two passions together and be a well-rounded and thorough personal trainer/therapist to help my clients be their best self.

A little bit more about myself..

I have started my own fitness journey with resistance training and boxing since I was 16, and have been in love and intrigued with anything fitness related since then. It's been 12+ years since that journey, and I have also suffered numerous injuries along the way without understanding the risks and causes of injuries. Through all the obstacles, my interest in rehabilitation and prehabilitation has grown atop of my dedication to fitness. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Deakin University, and a Master’s in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney, with years of experience in both.

With now a much more in depth view of the human body, I believe that true physical fitness transcends beyond just getting bigger muscles and pushing harder at the gym. I emphasise on understanding one's unique anatomy and movement patterns correlated to their lifestyle habits, previous injuries, and interests, and base the program/treatment around them to ensure safe, and optimal results. The knowledge and experience in both fields allows me to paint a full picture to help you get strong and reach your goals injury proofed.

Fluent in both English and Cantonese, I am happy to provide care in either language. Outside of my work, I stay active through weight training, martial arts, and playing the acoustic guitar, trying my best to maintain a balanced and active lifestyle.
